Job Summary
To support a growing digital marketing agency, the full-time remote Director of Marketing will build and execute a marketing strategy focused on pipeline growth and new client acquisition while collaborating closely with sales leadership on shared metrics and outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns targeting law firms and legal decision-makers
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align on campaign performance metrics and ensure effective follow-up on leads
- Oversee brand, social, and content strategy, including the production of case studies, webinars, and thought leadership materials
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B, agencies, or professional services
- Experience with digital services marketing, including SEO, paid media, and website strategy
- Proficiency in building and managing outbound marketing programs alongside inbound demand generation
- Ability to define and track marketing and sales performance metrics in collaboration with sales teams
- Strong design skills with hands-on experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
