Marketing Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall strategy for the Commercial Lines business area
• Provide advice and guidance to senior leaders on acquisition and retention
• Drive business growth and collaborate with Commercial Lines, marketing peers, and business leaders to align strategy with goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Marketing and/or Advertising with emphasis on strategy and production
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with team members and senior leaders
• Experience developing strategic briefs and translating insights into creative strategies
• Experience in brand management or product marketing in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
