Job Summary
Owning the marketing strategy and P&L for Australia, the full-time Head of Marketing will define priorities, collaborate with the General Manager, and bridge communication with headquarters while focusing on high-net-worth investor acquisition and customer experience optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the marketing strategy for Australia, managing the budget and measurement framework
- Collaborate with the General Manager to align marketing efforts with market strategy and regulatory milestones
- Conduct market intelligence and channel mapping to identify key opportunities in the Australian crypto and fintech landscape
Required qualifications
- 10-15+ years in senior marketing roles with deep knowledge of the Australian market
- Experience launching or scaling financial products in Australia, preferably in crypto or fintech
- Proven ability to operate independently as a marketing lead and execute strategy effectively
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing tools and competitive intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to build and mentor a local marketing team as the market scales
