Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager (WooCommerce).
Key Responsibilities
- Refine creative and messaging through rapid testing focused on bonding rituals and educational value
- Manage the growth P&L, including revenue and LTV: CAC targets, and oversee paid media budgets
- Lead paid growth across various platforms, optimizing for strong and profitable ROAS
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in WooCommerce and Klaviyo, with knowledge of pixel and server-side attribution
- Experience managing $300K+ monthly Meta ad budgets with sustainable ROAS
- Proven track record of scaling a DTC brand past $10M in revenue
- Experience in building and managing a growth team across various functions
- Must adhere to the 9 AM to 5 PM EST time zone
