Marketing Email Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Email Specialist to design and build customer journeys that enhance engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-step, cross-channel customer experiences using Journey Builder
• Manage Data Extensions and optimize data flows with Contact Builder to ensure data integrity
• Contribute to integrations, performance tuning, and best practices across the Marketing Cloud stack

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise implementations, including at least 2+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
• Strong understanding of AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
• Good understanding of SQL
• Familiarity with Automation Studio, Data Extension Management, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, and Content Builder
