Job Summary

To support the growth of Tonic Fabricate, the full-time remote Marketing Engineer will architect AI-native product-led growth funnels, engineer sales bridges using AI orchestration, and invent innovative growth capabilities while owning the entire customer journey from awareness to retention.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the AI-Native PLG Funnel to enhance user experience and engagement
• Engineer the Sales Bridge by leveraging AI to identify high-fidelity Product Qualified Leads
• Invent Growth Capabilities by creating persistent agents that personalize user experiences in real-time

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building automated growth workflows with an AI-first approach
• Strong technical skills in connecting APIs and system architecture
• Ability to rapidly prototype and deploy functional experiments
• Experience with product-led growth strategies and identifying friction points
• Understanding of the developer mindset and prioritization of technical value in marketing
