Job Summary
Supporting the planning and execution of high-impact marketing events, the full-time Marketing Events Coordinator will manage event logistics, coordinate promotional efforts, and assist with post-event reporting and analytics to drive engagement and generate leads.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including venue sourcing, registration setup, and promotional items
- Draft and manage attendee communications, ensuring accurate messaging and registration details
- Collect and organize event performance data to support post-event analysis and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality Management
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a marketing or event coordination role
- Experience supporting B2B events, webinars, or tradeshows, preferably in tech or public sector markets
- Work experience managing budgets and vendors
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, event platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite
