Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Events Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual events calendar and strategy, determining key conferences and creating Cradle-hosted events
• Leverage existing networks to connect with industry leaders and cultivate relationships with event partners
• Lead end-to-end execution of priority events, managing vendors, budgets, and tracking event ROI

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years in events or field marketing within biotech, pharma, or life sciences
• Experience conceiving and executing community events from the ground up
• Strong project management skills with experience in multi-stakeholder programs
• Established relationships with conference organizers and thought leaders in the biopharma industry
• Comfort with managing complex events and a strong understanding of the industry landscape
