Job Summary
Driving the end-to-end planning and execution of various events, the full-time remote Marketing Events Manager will optimize both internal and external events to enhance brand presence and generate leads while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Create and implement an annual events strategy to drive awareness and pipeline with target accounts
- Manage logistics and production for all events, including vendor negotiations, budget adherence, and on-site execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning and management, particularly in a marketing context
- Strong project management skills with a focus on detail and timelines
- Experience with CRM and data tools, such as Salesforce, to track event performance metrics
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, content, design, and product marketing teams
- Creative vision for developing engaging event experiences and booth activations
