Job Summary
Experienced B2B events professionals will find a full-time Marketing Events Manager opportunity focused on planning and executing 8 to 12 conferences annually, managing logistics, lead capture, and post-event reporting in a 100% remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the events calendar, managing timelines, budgets, and status reporting for multiple conferences
- Build pre-event strategy briefs for Tier 1 conferences, ensuring alignment with Sales on lead goals and outreach plans
- Oversee logistics and on-site execution for events, including booth setup, vendor management, and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing events experience, particularly in conference logistics and vendor management
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for lead management and CRM workflows
- Proven ability to manage badge scanning and post-event lead enrichment processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent writing skills for creating pre-event briefs and post-event reports
