Job Summary
Managing the execution of marketing events, the full-time Marketing Events Operations Manager will oversee campaign builds, lead management, and operational logistics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build, test, and manage marketing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce for various events
- Handle event logistics, including placing exhibit orders and procuring promotional materials
- Deliver performance reports and conduct budget reconciliation for event expenditures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations or Events Operations role
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo for managing campaigns and lead flows
- Experience with project management software such as Asana
- High proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
