Job Summary
Leading the paid marketing strategy for new direct-to-consumer products, the full-time remote Marketing Innovation Director will manage the execution of marketing initiatives for IUL and annuities, ensuring successful product launches and scaling efforts through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the paid marketing strategy and roadmap for new DTC products, from pre-launch to scaling
- Execute the paid program autonomously, making key decisions on budget allocation and channel mix
- Develop and implement a cross-channel strategy across various paid platforms, ensuring cohesive learning and adaptation
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in a high-growth, direct response B2C startup, preferably in fintech or insurtech
- Minimum of 10 years in paid marketing, with at least 7 years focused on user acquisition
- Experience leading paid marketing for multiple new product launches
- Strong command of measurement methodologies such as MMM and incrementality testing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools, with a comfort level in collaborating with analytics and engineering teams
