Job Summary
To support a growing marketing insights team, the full-time Marketing Insights Researcher will design and execute qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategic planning and drive marketing effectiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and develop learning agendas in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business goals
- Frame strategy decisions and drive alignment to ensure marketing success
- Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations for marketing and organizational application
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, particularly in retail marketing
- Proven expertise in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches
- Experience in resolving ambiguity and driving cross-functional alignment
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into research processes for improved outcomes
