Job Summary

To support a growing marketing insights team, the full-time Marketing Insights Researcher will design and execute qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategic planning and drive marketing effectiveness in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities and develop learning agendas in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business goals
  • Frame strategy decisions and drive alignment to ensure marketing success
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations for marketing and organizational application
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, particularly in retail marketing
  • Proven expertise in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Experience in resolving ambiguity and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into research processes for improved outcomes
