Job Summary
To support the growth of a unique wine discovery platform, the remote contract-to-hire Founding Marketing Lead will strategize and execute all marketing efforts, focusing on branding, user acquisition, and community building.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve Theodora's branding, positioning, and messaging to attract customers
- Test and iterate on various marketing channels to identify effective growth strategies
- Collaborate with the CEO to translate internal successes into compelling external narratives
Required qualifications
- 5 years of proven experience in marketing, including branding, community building, and digital content creation
- Experience building an audience through social media, community initiatives, or business ventures
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing strategies
- Creative design and copywriting skills, capable of developing a compelling brand from the ground up
- Experience in a pre-seed or early-stage startup environment, demonstrating versatility and adaptability
