Key Responsibilities

• Translate marketing strategies into actionable campaigns and manage timelines and deliverables
• Execute social media and email campaigns, creating engaging marketing materials and coordinating outsourced creative projects
• Track marketing performance and gather feedback to improve campaigns over time

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in IDD/HCBS support, human services, non-profits, or healthcare
• Proven ability to manage projects and communications across teams and vendors
• Experience in content creation, social media management, and email marketing
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
