Job Summary
To attract and engage contractors, the full-time remote Marketing Lead will focus on market positioning, demand generation, and customer marketing, ensuring Workyard becomes a recognized brand in the construction industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and refine Workyard's market positioning and messaging to resonate with contractors
- Generate demand through events, community engagement, and partnerships, making Workyard highly visible
- Create and leverage customer marketing initiatives, including case studies and testimonials, to drive sales and referrals
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in early-stage companies or startups
- Strong ability to produce high-quality marketing materials and direct creative work
- Experience in demand generation and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing decisions
- Demonstrated understanding of the construction industry or related fields
