Job Summary
To drive high-quality B2B lead generation and patient activation, the full-time Marketing Lead will strategically design and execute marketing initiatives while managing external agencies and overseeing the growth playbook in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prioritize marketing strategies across the funnel aligned with overall objectives
- Refine value propositions and create lead-nurturing workflows to engage healthcare partners and their patients
- Select and manage external agencies, ensuring accountability to timelines and performance benchmarks
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or product marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in agency and vendor management for executing complex marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in running growth experiments and optimizing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Expertise in B2B healthcare marketing, including compliance and regulatory considerations
