Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried Marketing Lead, Europe opportunity focused on developing and executing marketing strategies for OurFamilyWizard in France and expanding across Europe, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy for Europe, establishing acquisition goals and accountability for results
• Grow the professional marketing channel (B2B2C) by engaging family-law attorneys, mediators, and notaires to drive referrals
• Drive consumer acquisition (B2C) through various channels, adapting strategies to local markets while collaborating with US teams

Required qualifications

• Around 8+ years in marketing for digital or consumer products, with experience in both channel/partner marketing and direct consumer acquisition
• Fluency in French and English, with a deep understanding of French family culture and legal systems
• Proven track record of launching and growing marketing initiatives, backed by measurable results
• Hands-on experience with core marketing tools, including paid acquisition, content, CRM, and analytics
• Experience building marketing processes or channels from the ground up in a new market or region
