Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute email marketing campaigns and manage KPI performance
• Drive demand and lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms
• Oversee and mentor researchers while crafting marketing collateral and managing reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience in a research or analytics-based firm
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM tools, ideally Soho CRM
• Strong storytelling ability and creative marketing mindset
• Experience interpreting campaign data and working with KPIs
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
