Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Manager | Integrations who will oversee the marketing integration model for newly acquired advisor teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing integration from signed Letter of Intent through 90+ days post-close
• Align marketing strategy with broader transition objectives and identify growth opportunities
• Develop and standardize the marketing integration framework to support complex acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, M&A integration, operations, or complex project leadership
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisor marketing strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing and developing team members
• Strong operational discipline with a bias toward action
