Job Summary
Marketing Manager, a full-time hybrid role in the Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL area, responsible for executing and optimizing demand generation initiatives across multiple channels to drive qualified leads and support sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize marketing strategies and go-to-market plans across various sales channels
- Manage marketing campaigns across digital, direct mail, seminars, and partner programs
- Analyze marketing performance data to support optimization efforts and improve lead management processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Three to five years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or campaign management
- Foundational understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
