Job Summary
To drive strategic marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Manager will take ownership of the agency's marketing efforts, collaborating with the Director of Marketing and Sales team while working remotely to optimize conversion rates and implement AI-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Oversee content creation and management across various platforms, including social media and email marketing
- Conduct full-funnel audits and implement conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance marketing performance
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Google Tools, and HubSpot
- Experience in managing paid media campaigns with a focus on audience segmentation and ROI
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a remote, asynchronous team setting
