Job Summary

To support community management and engagement strategy, the six-month contract Marketing Manager will focus on developing and executing the client's Reddit social media strategy while collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand presence and community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of the client's Reddit social media strategy and editorial calendar
• Coordinate with internal teams to create and implement engaging social media content
• Track growth metrics and provide regular performance reporting to improve community engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience managing social media platforms for agencies or large organizations
• Proven experience managing or growing Reddit communities
• Strong understanding of Reddit culture and community dynamics
• Experience with social media tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, and Airtable
