Job Summary

Driving performance marketing strategy, the full-time Marketing Manager will lead multi-channel acquisition efforts, optimize the patient journey, and analyze revenue outcomes in a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid media and optimize campaign performance based on key performance indicators
  • Develop attribution models and analyze full-funnel performance to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Oversee external agency relationships and guide media investment strategies to ensure alignment with business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital analytics
  • Strong experience with paid media, attribution modeling, and full-funnel performance analysis
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), GA4, and marketing analytics tools
  • Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead quality
  • Experience in healthcare or high-consideration environments preferred
