Job Summary
To support marketing efforts across various business units, the full-time Marketing Manager will lead digital advertising initiatives while managing core marketing functions, balancing internal leadership with hands-on execution of PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns for internal brands and client accounts
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including inbound campaigns and content creation
- Manage content calendars and develop SEO-driven content strategies while supporting webinars and promotional campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong hands-on experience in PPC
- Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns with measurable results
- Experience in broader marketing functions such as content, email, and SEO
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is a plus
