Job Summary
To optimize email marketing and automation initiatives, the full-time remote Marketing Manager will manage end-to-end campaign execution, HubSpot operations, and performance analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including audience segmentation and A/B testing
- Oversee day-to-day HubSpot operations, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting platform issues
- Develop campaign performance dashboards and provide actionable insights based on analytics
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in marketing operations and managing marketing automation tools
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot focused on email marketing and automation
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance optimization
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and integrations, preferably Salesforce
