Job Summary
To drive brand and growth initiatives, the full-time remote Marketing Manager will execute marketing operations across B2B and DTC channels, focusing on campaign execution, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle programs.
Key responsibilities
- Support and execute brand strategy while maintaining consistent messaging across channels
- Manage day-to-day DTC marketing performance, optimizing acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and fostering growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience in both brand marketing and performance/growth marketing
- Hands-on experience managing DTC or e-commerce programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing dashboards and attribution reporting
