Job Summary
To support the execution of customer marketing programs across a large retail credit card portfolio, the freelance Marketing Manager will manage end-to-end cardholder marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on activation, engagement, retention, and loyalty
- Manage campaign deployment across various digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring compliance with operational controls and regulatory requirements
- Oversee campaign workflow management, including intake, approvals, production coordination, and launch validation
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, and marketing operations
- Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Hands-on experience using Workfront or similar workflow/project management platforms
- Experience collaborating with creative, digital, analytics, legal, compliance, and operational teams
