Job Summary
Leading a dynamic marketing team, the full-time Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee product launches, and drive demand generation efforts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute the marketing strategy while coaching and elevating team members
- Own go-to-market planning and execution for product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Build and optimize a full-funnel demand generation engine to support sales-led initiatives
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in campaign development and execution
- Proven track record in leading go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation and GA4
- Experience managing paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Strong marketing analytics skills, including attribution modeling and funnel tracking
