Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic marketing partner to advisory firms by defining growth goals, building actionable marketing strategies, and guiding execution against long-term business objectives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor by developing multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with growth goals and target audiences
- Leverage marketing data and analytics to inform recommendations, evaluate effectiveness, and drive continuous optimization
- Lead complex marketing initiatives from strategy through execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Working knowledge of marketing performance measurement tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau preferred
