Job Summary
To drive awareness and engagement, the full-time remote Marketing Manager will lead the execution of demand generation and thought leadership programs, focusing on campaign implementation, content creation, and pipeline support across various marketing channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own and implement demand marketing programs to enhance awareness, engagement, and pipeline across owned, paid, and earned channels
- Support thought leadership initiatives, including content creation, events, and media outreach, in alignment with brand guidelines
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in demand marketing, campaign execution, or marketing operations
- Working knowledge of lead generation and multi-channel marketing strategies
- Experience in supporting thought leadership initiatives through content and events
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline analysis and campaign performance measurement
