Job Summary
Owning the marketing engine for partner engagement, the full-time salaried Marketing Manager will scale retention marketing efforts, produce monthly newsletters, and build launch playbooks for enterprise districts in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Scale and execute the partner retention marketing engagement playbook across all district partners
- Write, produce, and track performance for monthly partner newsletters
- Build and document a replicable launch playbook for enterprise districts
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, edtech, or healthtech
- Proven ability to manage communications for multiple audiences, including school counselors and district administrators
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in building and executing lifecycle or retention marketing programs
- Familiarity with marketing operations tools, with HubSpot experience being a plus
