Job Summary

To enhance provider engagement and participation, the remote Marketing Manager will develop and implement targeted marketing strategies, manage integrated campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement provider-focused marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to increase awareness and engagement
  • Plan and execute targeted outreach initiatives to drive provider participation and strengthen ongoing engagement
  • Analyze engagement data and campaign performance to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or engagement roles, preferably in nonprofit or education sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management
  • Experience working with diverse external audiences such as families, students, and community partners
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
