Job Summary

Driving regional market growth, the full-time Marketing Manager will develop and execute localized marketing strategies, manage cross-functional alignment, and adapt global messaging to engage customers effectively in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the development and execution of the regional marketing strategy to enhance awareness and customer acquisition
  • Localize global messaging and campaigns to ensure relevance for regional customer segments and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with regional sales and account management teams to create market-specific enablement materials
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation, product marketing, or field marketing roles
  • Fluent in English and native in German
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience aligning marketing strategies to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes across distributed teams
