Job Summary
To provide full-time coverage across three marketing teams during multiple leave periods, the remote contract Marketing Manager will manage performance metrics, execute marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring projects stay on track.
Key responsibilities
- Pull and analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics, preparing actionable insights for stakeholders
- Draft strategic marketing briefs and create concise marketing copy for email and SMS campaigns
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining reporting dashboards and project documentation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience in Lifecycle/CRM, Frontline, or Digital/Web marketing
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Tableau, for data analysis and presentation
- Proficiency in CRM or Marketing Automation platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and reporting
- Ability to independently manage projects and provide proactive status updates in cross-functional meetings
