Job Summary

Supporting the execution of diverse marketing initiatives, the remote Junior Marketing Manager will drive customer awareness, engagement, and acquisition while collaborating with the Revolut Business team to coordinate campaigns and manage partner and influencer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Executing marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and acquisition
• Tracking performance of partner and affiliate channels while managing costs
• Assisting in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and community initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, field marketing, partnership marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in data analytics to measure and model ROI effectively
• Ability to derive actionable insights from raw data and dashboards to inform campaign strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a dynamic, international environment
