Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnership marketing, or audience development
- Demonstrated experience identifying niche audiences and building marketing partnerships
- Experience negotiating sponsorships or partnership agreements
- Strong research and evaluation skills to assess audience quality
- Preferred experience with newsletters, podcasts, or professional associations
