Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify niche professional and career-oriented audiences relevant to university programs
  • Develop partnerships that provide access to targeted audiences through sponsorships and collaborative campaigns
  • Lead execution of campaigns across partner channels and measure their performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnership marketing, or audience development
  • Demonstrated experience identifying niche audiences and building marketing partnerships
  • Experience negotiating sponsorships or partnership agreements
  • Strong research and evaluation skills to assess audience quality
  • Preferred experience with newsletters, podcasts, or professional associations
