Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Manager, Lifecycle and Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for community advocacy and engagement with students and alumni
  • Manage the post-enrollment experience to ensure a seamless transition to successful graduate status
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver targeted content that supports professional development and brand loyalty
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in community management, lifecycle marketing, or alumni relations
  • Strong experience with CRM or community engagement platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to implement community engagement plans
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust across diverse populations
