Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Manager - Customer Loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer loyalty marketing strategies
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of the customer loyalty program
  • Plan and execute strategic communication and marketing campaigns for the loyalty program

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or customer experience
  • Experience with loyalty management platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Authorization to work in the United States
