Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Manager - Paid Social.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the paid social program across Meta and emerging platforms, ensuring alignment with key performance goals
- Develop and manage structured testing roadmaps to optimize campaign performance
- Deliver performance reporting and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or subscription brand
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with efficiency metrics such as CAC and ROAS
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance data interpretation and A/B testing
- Experience with dynamic product ads and retargeting programs is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and analytics teams
