Job Summary
To enhance marketing performance reporting, the full-time Marketing Manager, Performance Insights will lead the synthesis of data into executive narratives, manage key reporting assets, and collaborate with various teams to drive informed investment decisions in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead marketing performance reporting for prospect channels, connecting demand indicators through conversion performance and business outcomes
- Synthesize channel inputs into executive-ready narratives for senior leadership, including mid-month and end-of-month commentary
- Create consistency and governance across metrics and reporting cadences to improve decision velocity
Required qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing and reporting
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences
- Proficiency in building and evolving reporting assets and dashboards
- Experience collaborating with finance, analytics, and marketing strategy teams
- Knowledge of consumer sentiment analysis and competitive intelligence
