Marketing Operations Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing & Revenue Operations Administrator to manage marketing and sales operations functions across CRM, data, and event programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage lead routing and data integrity across CRM platforms
• Support trade show operations, including pre-show preparations and post-show lead follow-up
• Generate reports and maintain documentation related to revenue operations processes

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce and HubSpot preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data manipulation and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
• Hands-on experience with data accuracy and data-driven decision-making
