Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst (LATAM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement multi-touch attribution models across Marketo and Salesforce
  • Build automated deduplication workflows and maintain data quality management
  • Diagnose and fix Marketo-to-Salesforce sync issues and monitor sync error logs
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce integration
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Zapier or similar
  • Knowledge of data management and analytics tools
  • Preferred certifications include Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) and Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with AI tools for lead enrichment and predictive scoring
