Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to support revenue growth through data analysis and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement RevOps data models, track marketing performance, and build dashboards for insights
- Manage lead scoring, routing, and ensure smooth lead-to-sales handoffs across teams
- Drive process optimization and improve marketing and RevOps workflows through automation and alignment
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, RevOps, or growth analytics in B2B SaaS
- Experience across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Proven ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation tools
- SQL skills preferred; experience with Clay and n8n is a plus
