Job Summary

Experienced in data management and marketing automation, the part-time Marketing Operations Analyst will design and implement multi-touch attribution models, manage data quality and deduplication processes, and optimize Marketo-Salesforce syncs in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement multi-touch attribution models across Marketo and Salesforce
  • Build automated workflows for data deduplication and ongoing data hygiene campaigns
  • Diagnose and resolve Marketo-to-Salesforce sync issues to prevent duplicate records
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience with Marketo and Salesforce integration
  • Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution models and data management
  • Experience in building automated workflows and data hygiene processes
  • Familiarity with AI tools for lead enrichment and predictive scoring
  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
