Job Summary
Owning the marketing operations and analytics stack, the contracted-to-full-time Marketing Operations Analyst will manage conversion tracking, lead lifecycle management, and attribution modeling while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking across various platforms and analyze website traffic and campaign ROI
- Manage HubSpot lead routing, workflows, and automation while improving lead enrichment and validation pipelines
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze traffic anomalies, and maintain marketing attribution models to report on cost efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a RevOps-adjacent role
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows and automation
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS lead lifecycle
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodology
