Job Summary
Owning the full marketing operations and analytics stack, the contracted to full-time Marketing Operations Analyst will manage conversion tracking, HubSpot workflows, lead lifecycle management, and attribution modeling in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign ROI
- Manage HubSpot lead routing, audience lists, workflows, and automation while improving lead enrichment pipelines
- Configure A/B tests and analyze traffic anomalies, while maintaining and improving marketing attribution models
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a RevOps-adjacent role
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows and automation
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS lead lifecycle
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodology
