Job Summary

Owning the full marketing operations and analytics stack, the contracted to full-time Marketing Operations Analyst will manage conversion tracking, HubSpot workflows, lead lifecycle management, and attribution modeling in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign ROI
  • Manage HubSpot lead routing, audience lists, workflows, and automation while improving lead enrichment pipelines
  • Configure A/B tests and analyze traffic anomalies, while maintaining and improving marketing attribution models
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a RevOps-adjacent role
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows and automation
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
  • Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS lead lifecycle
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and methodology
