Job Summary
Owning the full marketing operations and analytics stack, the contracted to full-time Marketing Operations Analyst will manage conversion tracking, HubSpot workflows, and lead lifecycle management while working remotely to support revenue processes and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking across various platforms while analyzing website traffic and campaign ROI
- Manage HubSpot lead routing, workflows, and automation to improve lead enrichment and validation pipelines
- Configure A/B tests and analyze traffic anomalies while maintaining and improving marketing attribution models
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a RevOps-adjacent role
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows and automation
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS lead lifecycle
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and A/B testing tools
