Job Summary

As the technical backbone of demand generation, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Analyst will manage marketing automation administration, ensure data integrity, and facilitate lead flow between HubSpot and Salesforce while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Own marketing automation administration, ensuring the platform's reliability and maintaining marketing reports and dashboards
  • Drive data integrity by monitoring and maintaining data accuracy across the marketing stack, including list uploads and deduplication
  • Manage lead flow and HubSpot-Salesforce sync, resolving sync errors and ensuring timely handoff to Sales
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing operations experience, with deep expertise in HubSpot and familiarity with Salesforce administration
  • Experience with marketing and GTM tech stack, including CRM and enrichment tools
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS demand generation processes and the importance of clean data
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects without compromising accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience collaborating across functions to address technical issues
