Marketing Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Campaign Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end setup and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Manage email marketing operations, including building emails, audience lists, and workflows
• Maintain database hygiene and assist in audience segmentation and list support

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Email Marketing
• Hands-on experience with a Marketing Automation Platform, ideally HubSpot or similar tools
• Familiarity with project management tools, ideally Monday.com or similar
• Proven ability to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
• Ability to work effectively with a remote team
